    Do you have a physical store?
    Yes! We are located at 7829 Melrose Ave. Los Angeles Ca 90046. Our hours are 11am-6pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-7pm Friday & Saturday, and 12pm-6pm on Sunday. 
    Do you have a size chart?

    How do I track my order? 
    Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.
    I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email. 
    - If you do not receive an email from Sorella Boutique within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address entered may of been spelled incorrectly. 
    - To check your orders, log into your Sorella Boutique account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
    - If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing hello@sosorella.com. 
    I love an item, but it is sold out. What can I do and how often do you restock. 
    Great news! We get new items weekly and often restock our most popular items. Simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and click which size you would like and it will show a  “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK” button. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email!

    How do I unsubscribe from your emails and newsletters? 
    To unsubscribe, simply go to the bottom of our emails and you will see a "Unsubscribe" link. 
    How long does shipping take?
    If you have ordered with express shipping please note: when ordering with express shipping please know that your package will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. 
    - If you have placed an order for Custom Denim By Sorella these items take 10 business days to create, not including weekends and/or holidays.
    - If you have ordered with standard ground shipping please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process and ship from our facilities. 
    - If you are an international order please allow 6-10 business days for your order to process and ship from our facilities
    What is your returns policy? 
    -All valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. 
    -All sale items, accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

    How do I return or exchange my order?
    Follow the instructions on your Packing Slip included in your original order. Please return item(s) within 30 days. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, accessories, bodysuits & swimsuits. We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.
    RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
    Sorella Boutique does not accept returns on products ordered from SOSORELLA.com after 30 days of receiving it. Accessories, Swimwear, and Vintage items are NOT returnable, but if they are defective we will send you out new product. Please note that custom orders, and After 9 Cosmetics can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 
    Please return item(s) within 30 days. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, accessories, bodysuits & swimsuits. We do not do refunds or exchanges.     On your packing slip included in your original order please enter the Reason Code for your return in the space provided next to the item. 
    Please note: all final sale items are non-refundable/returnable.

    Shipping & Delivery
    Sorella Boutique utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number. USPS SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: ) PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times EXCLUDE the weekends, USPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Sorella Boutique does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. We try to be as accurate as possible. Sorella Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery.
    International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Sorella Boutique is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
