Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We have a showroom where you can shop and try on some of your favorite items in person at a discounted price! We are located at 7811 Melrose Ave. Los Angeles Ca 90046. Our hours are 11am-5pm Tuesday-Sunday. We currently are not accepting returns or in store exchanges for items purchased online. All sales purchased in store are final sale.

How long does shipping take?

If you have ordered with express shipping please note: if your order is placed after 2:00pm PST with expedited shipping, you will be shipped the following business day.

- If you have placed an order for Custom Denim By Sorella these items take 9-10 business days to create, not including weekends and/or holidays.

- If you have ordered with standard ground shipping please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process and ship.

- If you have ordered with FedEx Ground shipping please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process and ship.

- If you are an international order please allow 6-10 business days for your order to process and ship. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.

Can I return my order?
Yes, as long as it is still within our allowed 5 days for return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our custom made items which would be stated in their description.

How do I return or exchange my order?
Fill out a returns rma on the front page of our website. The link is under account at the very bottom of the page. After filling out the request please wait to be approved or denied.

Sorella Boutique does not accept returns on products ordered from after 5 days of you recieving it. Accessories, Swimwear, and Vintage items are NOT returnable, but if they are defective we will send you out new product. Please note that custom orders, and After 9 Cosmetics can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded. To get a return authorization number, please use the following page. RMA RETURNS. does not refund shipping costs when product is returned. Returns are issued as STORE CREDIT.

Shipping & Delivery

Sorella Boutique utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via FedEx. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your FedEx Tracking number. FedEx SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: ) PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times EXCLUDE the weekends, FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Sorella Boutique does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. We try to be as accurate as possible. Sorella Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders over $100 may require a signiture at the time of delivery.

International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Sorella Boutique is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.

STORE SHIPPING POLICY: Sorella Boutique will ship purchased merchandise at the cost of the customer. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the item and the location of the customer. Shipping charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Sorella Boutique ships via UPS and USPS. The item will ship within 5 business days of payment being verified. Currently, Sorella Boutique does NOT accept returns on shipped merchandise and the Vintage Return Policy applies to all shipped merchandise.
